Home Learning
We're here to support you!
Whilst school is closed your child is expected to use the online learning resources available.
Select your child's year group tab to open your child's timetable. Here you will find all the information you'll need to help both you and your child to learn effectively at home.
A pupil’s first day or two of being educated remotely might look different from our standard approach, while we take all necessary actions to prepare for a longer period of remote teaching.
A remote learning pack (available to collect at the school office) includes a printed timetable and copies of the math’s worksheets are included for those who cannot access the online PDF copies. We teach the same curriculum remotely as we do in school wherever possible and appropriate. However, we have needed to make some adaptations in some subjects. We have matched the school's curriculum to the links chosen for online learning, ensuring the material is age appropriate and matches what we would be teaching in class as closely as possible. We expect that remote education (including remote teaching and independent work) will take pupils broadly between 3-4 hours a day.
